I had an amazing experience with this storage facility! From start to finish, the customer service was top-tier. PJ and I Stephanie were incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I can admit I was a bit indecisive and needed to make changes more than once, but they never made me feel like a burden. Instead, they took the time to walk me through my options, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt confident in my decisions. Their flexibility and understanding really stood out. It’s rare to come across a team that combines efficiency with such a positive attitude.
