I highly do not recommend using this storage facility! I previously did business with this company, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was informed that their only method of communication is through regular mail. However, when I requested documentation for my records, the manager, Matt, stated that he could email it to me. That alone raises the question of why email cannot also be used to communicate important updates with customers. My biggest concern was the lack of professionalism and customer service I received from Matt. During our conversation, I found his tone to be rude and disrespectful, and I did not feel that he made any genuine effort to address or resolve my concerns. As a manager, I would expect someone in his position to demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to assist customers. I genuinely believe this location could operate much more smoothly with stronger management and better communication practices. Customer service is a huge part of running a successful business. How you treat your customers matters just as much as the services you provide. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this company. I will no longer be using their services, nor will I recommend this location to anyone. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
