My monthly payment was being increased so I figured I would just move into a smaller unit that was cheaper, however the unit was smaller than expected so I went into the office to see about upgrading to the next size up and instead the very nice attendant Ms. Lopez negotiated my monthly payment down to something I can afford and saved me the stress of having to move out of my current unit. Super helpful, very kind.

The associates are very kind and patience. Her service was out standing. I absolutely love this place. What ever issues you have the manager works them out. It’s clean, safe and I haven’t seen any rodents. First time having a storage and I couldn’t pick a better place. Keep up the good work
