Carla at the White Marsh facility on Philadelphia Rd Rt. 7 has been such a pleasure to work with and the epitome of excellent customer service. She is always so friendly, courteous and genuinely a good person. Carla remembered me by name months after our initial meeting. She needs to be recognized and used as an example for other employees to follow. Give her a raise, she deserves it!!! Just an amazing experience all around!
