Craig is always super helpful when needed. Place is kept immaculate and clean. I like that they have two wheelers to help with storage. Being in a wheelchair makes this easier.

I only needed my unit for about 4 months, but everything was phenomenal! Craig is amazing, kind, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It's a great secured, clean facility. It offers climate controlled options as well. It's a wonderful storage facility. Would definitely recommend!

It started off a bit rocky because the elevator was broken and I’d hired movers but the company worked with me and credited me for the extra time - The best part was the on-site manager Craig he was incredibly helpful both when I moved my stuff in and when I moved out

I live abroad and am trying to move back to the US, but my parents don’t have space for everything. With my dad and the store manager, Craig, I’ve been able to ship stuff home early and they’ve been a great help receiving the items. The online system makes it easy to book but it’s the over the phone support from Craig and on the ground support that makes all the difference. Update: Big downside is to pay attention to their promotional rate. They raised the rent from $300/month to $400/month after 3 months, so I’m switching.
