The only people that read these are customer's. So here's my opinion and long standing review of this particular site located in Auburn, MA - Washington Street. I don't know about anyone else's situation for we all have our reason's for storing the thing's we either don't have room for or we're moving! My reason ??? Rent is too expensive that I was forced to shut down my apartment, live with friend's and put everything else in storage. I chose Extra Space Storage and specifically at this particular location because of the sites cleanliness, constant upkeep and its security. And the only thing more important than those 3 criteria are the sites Mgr "Jen" and the ASM, "Al"! Both of them have always been kind and accommodating with a level of customer service that you just dont see anymore! I gave five reason's why I chose Extra Space in Auburn and I gave 1 star (??) for each of them...! That's five star's ??????????! Thank you ??! Thanks!

The space was exactly as I needed and the l woman jen at the front desk is awesome. She cares about how you're experience is and I was told everything I needed, and when I had made a mistake on something she called me right away. And explained what I needed to do with a phone call
