I made a quick stop to my storage unit today. When the elevator opened I was surprised to find the service rep, I didn’t ask his name, there. He was wiping down the elevator doors. I was only at my unit a few minutes and when I called for the elevator to go down I got the same one with him in it (I told him on the way up I’d probably see him on the way down). He was very friendly and we chatted on both rides. And the elevator doors sparkled!
