Alex helped me tremendously today. I have had many units at different locations, this one is by far the best. The units are indoor but some have drive up access which is not easy to find. For once I can say, I am happy to have a storage unit!

A quick update to my initial review. Alexei quickly and professionally addressed my concerns about the monthly pricing increase and was able to offer a fair prepayment plan for the duration of my intended rental. I highly recommend speaking with him directly to address any concerns or issues. Really appreciate the help Alexei! Beware! Started my storage on Feb 17th 2024 and associate casually asked how long I planned to rent and that I may want to consider prepaying for a bunch of months to avoid increases, that the increases usually happen after 3 or 4 months. Walked into the office today (April 9th - 52 days from start) and my payment already went from $147.00 to $234.00 59% increase for a 10x15 2nd floor unit. I'm stunned, feel violated, etc.! Reviews suggest Alexei is good to work with and I'm hoping to update this review with a positive outcome once I speak with him.

Exceeded our expectations! It is very clean and it doesn’t matter what the weather is like when you are accessing your things because it is inside an enormous building. It was so easy to unload or load up things steps from our drive up unit. We highly recommend!!
