I signed up for my storage unit at the end of August and Bill was so helpful, friendly, and patient. He showed me several units until I found one I was happy with and he made sure I got exactly what I needed. He made me feel like I was the most important customer. I have stored here in the past and had a good experience, the place is very secure and clean. It has degraded a bit since I stored here last, as one of the elevators is out of order and some things seem worn out. My one suggestion would be to update the dollies that are near the elevators. The parking lot where you unload is slightly slanted and the dollies don’t have breaks so they are prone to rolling away. They do raise the rates after a while and I’m a little nervous to see how much they will go up because there is no explicit schedule or rate cap. Other than that Bill deserves a raise!
