I've had a space in this location for several years. The past ~2, Yulia in the office has been outstanding solving problems. It's unclear why rates would double from a contract rate, or, why there would not be an offer to renew at your current rate. This was the second time I've had to move to another unit, yet get a lower rate than previously contracted. I think corporate has to look deeply at their policies. If they want to retain customers, figure a way to be equitable about maintaining rents at reasonable levels. Otherwise this business practice will work against them (or "you" if corporate is reading this review). Retain employees/owners like Yulia--credit to the business.
