two years old facility. very easy to move in and out of the storage. The price is much cheaper than the surrounding storage facility. But they refuse to guaranty the price, so I end up prepaying 12-month rent. Otherwise, I will give it 5-star rating.

Facility is clean, but beware price hikes and erratic customer service. I started renting a unit for $55/mo in 8/22 and just received my third rate hike ("reviewed and adjusted depending on current market conditions" you see) to $86/mo, a 56% increase in less than two years. Meanwhile, the intro rate for the same size unit is listing at $26 on the website. Additionally, last time I tried to drop stuff off, there was a technical issue, an alarm was going off and the gate was locked. The rep in the office said she was locked out of the system. I called the main number and spoke to a customer service rep and was told they'd call me, but no one every did. Frustrating to say the least. (Matias is great though, super helpful.)

Beware if you need long term storage. My rate has gone up $136 A MONTH, not a typo, over $1600 a year, since I started to rent my space here 2 years ago. Extra Space offers no discounts for long term rentals either.
