Sharmain was excellent!! Very articulate and explained everything in detail which is so helpful when you are renting a unit for the first time in ages! I love the location how it is indoors with heating and ac although I wanted a climate controlled unit I feel very good about this one! And my spot is somewhat centered and away from the door! I feel that extra space is going to work out very good for me for a while! Very friendly staff and easy access with the trolleys they supply! I’m a happy camper!
