The exit gate is fixed, which is a relief. I just wish they would stop raising my rate so often. It takes away from the good experience at the facility itself.

I must admit Extra Space Storage is a great storage place to store your personal belongings. The place is clean, which I can't say about other storage companies. Chris was super helpful from the moment I signed up for storage to the simplicity of closing my account. This was a great experience.

Facility is very good and Chris was a huge help to us with our initial visit and sign up. Would give 5 stars but slight security concern with the front exit gate that has been constantly open as mentioned in another review. Would appreciate getting this gate fixed.
