Very smooth, orderly experience to sign up with ExtraSpace; very accommodating customer service folks as well as store manager. Access to storage unit worked perfectly, as indicated on very clear e-mail communications; drive-in access was easy; carts all lined up in an orderly way, and ready to go. The whole place was clean; the storage unit itself was clean. Would definitely recommend.

ExtraSpace on Cherry Street in Hudson is such a pleasant and clean place! David was kind enough to give me a walk-thru, and was very helpful. Access is so easy, and every accommodation is made: digital entry using your phone, drive-in area, plenty of carts, elevator, lock. I’m very pleased to use this service!

I had mice issues with my unit after being told they keep the facilities extremely clean. Make sure you get insurance and take extremely good pictures of damage in order to get reimbursed from mouse damage. When moving out, the management had extremely poor communication about when my last day would be and immediately threatened to send my last bill to collections although I always paid on time previously.
