Im giving it a 1 due to the 50% rate increase on a 5x5 unit. Went from paying $39 to $68 after only 4 months. For that I would not recommend especially not for a recently opened location. I will be looking to find some where else ASAP. Hopefully some place with a long term contract. 50% rate increase is ridiculous. Other then the rate increase the place is beautiful but unfortunately im not there to be aesthetically pleased. Im looking inexpensive storage solutions.

This is a newish facility in North Attleboro. It is very clean. The staff is very friendly. They have rolling carts available which is very helpful when you are trying to bring in items to put in your unit. So far rates are reasonable, although I have heard that they will start raising the rate after 6 months and I've yet to hit that time frame
