I’m a long time customer, year and a half of storing some of my belongings Extra Space Storage in NORWOOD MA, while working as a live in nursing assistant and a caregiver to elderly. Due to my carrier and relocation allover the country and throughout my adult life time, I have rented other storages. THIS PARTICULAR STORAGE LOCATION WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to me by a friend of my client, that is also a long time renter. My experience renting was ALL AROUND VERY GOOD , thanks to an a EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE BY A MANAGER KEYLA, that has helped me patiently and kindly at the beginning and throughout the rental time in person, as well as over the phone during the year and half of renting a storage. To be honest I stayed and continued renting my storage longer than expected, because of Keyla’s AMAZING SUPPORT including accommodation during rental price changes, that happened throughout the year and a half of me renting. Manager Keyla is knowledgeable, professional, understanding, accommodating, pleasant, kind, and all around very helpful manger. I was able to reach her every time over the phone and in person. I rented large storage that was spotless upon renting it with a very easy access due to being outdoor storage location. The whole complex is in good shape, clean, gated, and secure, located in a nice area in Norwood MA. I had a peace of mind and truly EXCELLENT HELP AND SUPPORT by a manager Keyla, during my long term renting my storage unit at EXTRA SPACE STORAGE in NORWOOD. In comparison with other storage experiences and locations this storage complex location is BY FAR THE BEST with the BEST MANAGEMENT experience! I fell lucky to have found it and I will be returning when needed. KEYLA deserves TEN STARS, Extra Space Storage is very lucky to have her as a manager!
