Mr Steve has become an uncle to myself and my girlfriend Shannon. He helps us in many ways up to recently noticing then calling and making sure we put our lock on correctly. We no longer live in the norwood area but keep our locker here in much part becausd of him.

I specifically love Steve, the gentleman who works at this location in Norwood. He is helpful and friendly. This rating is not for Extra Space, who price gouges and changes prices dramatically with little warning. If you have no choice but to get a storage unit, I highly recommend working with Steve. Access is pretty straightforward and easy. The condition of the carts leave something to be desired, but they get the job done. Thank you, Steve, for making the painful process of paying a small fortune for storage a little less awful, you’re awesome.
