This is the first time I’ve used a storage unit. The woman at the counter for check in was very friendly, 5 stars to her. Im using this for vehicle storage and got a 10x20 unit. The unit was a little smaller that I had expected but thats not really anybodys fault. Im still satisfied. My car still fits in just fine but thats just about all thats gonna fit in there. My advise to you, and what I wish I had done was maybe measure out what storage size you’re interested in and mark it out with some sidewalk chalk so you can get a better idea of what its going to look like.

This is our third year in a row using Extra Space Storage in Plainville, Ma. We run a holiday bike drive and need a place to store the boxes and then build the bikes before we deliver them. Their units are always perfectly clean, maintained, and safe for everything we do. I come in and out a lot as I collect bikes, so feeling safe as I do this is a huge priority to me. Their office staff are friendly, kind and professional. Jo Anne has been there for all 3 years, and she's so sweet and helpful. I highly recommend them.
