The units were nice, and the staff is very friendly. However, I cant give 5 stars due to random price increases.

From start to finish, my rental experience was smooth. Every time I called for assistance, everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind and warm. Arielle and Inder at Extra Space were exceptionally helpful and hands-on throughout my entire time using the unit. This location is informative, understanding, and truly helpful. I highly recommend them. Thank you all so much!

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage in Plainville, Massachusetts. Every visit was easy, access to my unit was quick, and the facility was always clean and secure. The price does increase after a couple of months but I’m sure if I needed it longer I could have worked with the team at this location to explore my options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, especially the two women who assisted me during my move out. They made the process simple and stress-free. I would gladly use this location again and recommend it to anyone who needs reliable storage.

This place has the best people here. These women are very hard working, friendly and so accommodating. I came in last week inquiring about prices and just shopping around. The woman at the counter answered all my questions, was so nice and I witnessed her handled a nasty customer with grace... the patience she showed was beyond professional. I highly recommend them if you're looking for storage.

Renting storage space was a whole new experience for us. Being older lol we went to visit the site in Plainville location! We wanted to see where our belongings would be. We met Inderpreet first. She made great recommendations and showed us units to make us comfortable about the process. She explained and answered every question we had. It was such a good experience, we rented a second unit today and worked with both Inderpreet and Ariel. Again, they went out of their way to help us and get us another unit. I am very picky lol. Would highly recommend this location.

We loved working with Inderpreet and Ariel. They were both very helpful in going over the process. First time renting a storage unit. They explained everything and gave us a full disclosure about pricing for now and the future. They showed us the various options for units. The unit and the property were extremely clean and safe. We were so pleased with the first unit that we went back and rented a second. Can’t say enough good things about Inderpreet and Ariel as well as Extra Space Storage. Would highly recommend visiting to sign up!

Place struggled with old staff the new staff is so much better even tho the company still sucks. Ariel is an amazing employee they need to start focusing on being a better company staff is excellent
