Convenient location, easy access, and friendly staff. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because they increased the rental cost several times over the roughly 3 years I've been renting this unit, and there was no reason for it.

Shad is always great - I met him in the Milton location about 8 years ago then today I go to the Quincy location and there he is still helpful honest, and goes above and beyond. Any location I have ever stored my precious belongings in I felt they were safe, and the locations are very clean from Quincy to Milton to Stoughton.
