I recently down sized my storage unit. I walked into the facility on a Saturday at 9:30 a.m. and Crystal greeted me with a smile even though she hadn't had any caffeine yet! Crystal was so helpful and made the experience easy and streamlined. She went through everything with me and answered any questions I had. She was a true pleasure to work with and had total positive vibes!

Yeah the only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because they were not really honest about what kind of space I was renting. See I paid before I got it. It ended up to be up stairs without an elevator. I’m a 65 year old disabled American veteran with 5 bad discs bad knees and ankles. But besides that it was a great experience.
