I’m very disappointed I’ve had my storage here for about 6months. Going to my storage was my gateway somewhere quiet a place where I love being at, but all that changed today, I started paying $389 and in 6 months they bumped it up to $511.$100 extra next month with no explanation and I called and manager not only laughed at me because he said he knows no one will lower the price or keep it the same but a 2nd manager called and said the same how is that fair? I will b taking my stuff out, loosing a good customer that always pays on time. Update: they changed my price back to normal who ever it was thank you very much this is exactly how you need to treat your valued customers thank you!
