Update as of 8/26/2026: I had an absolutely wonderful experience speaking with Francis over the phone today. I called with questions about my bill during what has been a very stressful situation, and he could not have been kinder, more patient, or more helpful. He took the time to walk me through the charges carefully, listened to my circumstances with genuine empathy, and made me feel as though I was speaking with an actual human being rather than simply being processed as an account number. He never made me feel rushed, embarrassed, or judged. Instead, he listened, explained everything clearly, and did what he could to help. Just like Joshua, who is also as wonderful. The situation itself is still unresolved, and Francis was very clear and honest about what he could and could not promise. But there is an enormous difference between dealing with a stressful problem and dealing with a stressful problem while someone on the other end of the phone treats you with kindness, dignity, and compassion. Francis did exactly that, and I am enormously grateful to him. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- One of the best places to store your things.
