Jerusa helped me and my mom at a time that was very hard and was extremely patient in walking me through everything and in helping us dispose of trash and suggestions for donation . She made a very stressful time much less stressful .. Jerusa was very patient with me in helping me through the app and helping me to navigate storage for my mom . Thank you for problem solving Jerusa and for your compassion during this difficult time . We appreciate it ! My mom has had storage bins for a very long time , and we got rid of many for her , and Jerusa was always available to figure out the best plan , so my mom would be happy and be able to keep things that were meaningful . Jerusa was able to help at a time when things are financially difficult .
