I started to sign up online to rent a storage space but had several questions. When I entered the office at the Stoughton location, 1204 Washington st., I was greeted by Jerusa, the store manager. She was able to answer my questions and helped me in choosing the best storage unit and payment plan. We completed the transaction and I moved my “stuff” into a very clean storage space. I’m very pleased that I chose this location and that I was guided by Jerusa’s help.

This facility is awesome; I’ve had my unit there for 10 years. It’s very clean and it’s maintained very well. The manager, Jerusa, is super helpful, kind, and friendly. She takes the time to answer questions as well as being knowledgeable about the storage process. She’s an invaluable asset to this place; please appreciate her the way I and other customers do.

I started renting a unit back when it was Ashmont Storage, and I moved out just last week. The facility has always been clean, as well as provided easy access, good security via multiple cameras throughout, and ample pull carts near the back entrance. ExtraSpace did a good job at keeping the “mom and pop” feel after taking over from Ashmont, such as working with customers and allowing mid month transfers to take place when a different size unit was needed and / or desired. Jerusa, the site manager, was extremely helpful and gracious as I vacated my unit. Thank you to everyone who made my experience - as a tenant - a good one.
