I have had a very positive experience at this facility, and in particular, dealing with the site manager, Tina Patricelli-Kernan during the past 5+ years. Tina has been most helpful in making recommendations and accommodating my ever-changing storage needs. She is very responsive and has exemplified great customer service during a very stressful time. Tina was great! Answered every question I had (with a smile) and explained the fees, insurance, how to get in and out when she’s not there.. a good deal all the way around. I felt safe walking to the unit, loved the way all the lights come on automatically. A good fit for the requirements needed.

This space was clean and well kept, I left my stuff in storage for 2 years and went back and it was just as I left it, a small smidge of dust! I do wish there was a light in the unit itself, a little dark when I was in unpacking.
