Su and Tina are very helpful for me and my friend, Su showed me how to get to our units with the map, and show me where the loading carts, the elevator and where to park. Plus she waited for us to come in to wait on us and meet us after closing hours. Very good customer service. I suggest extra space storage in Weymouth. There is why we rent 4 units here.

After having difficulty renting a storage unit from another company, I called Extra Space Storage. I was able to rent a unit over the phone, from a different state, for the next day with NO trouble. Once arriving at the unit, the space was ready for me to move in and Tina was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service I have received.
