First experience with a storage facility. I couldn’t be happier so far. Easy access to my unit and the general manager Omar is fantastic. Being a first-time unit renter he’s been extremely helpful with my questions.

The only redeeming quality of this place is the location and the fact that the climate controlled units are all single story buildings. Now onto everything bad with this place. First off, you're in Massachusetts and one of your workers is wearing a New York Yankees hat while on the clock - Personal expression has no place in a professional environment. Secondly, I had to personally deep clean my climate controlled unit on my move in day due to the fact that there's mice feces all over the floor - I dont have anything food related in my unit and im finding new mice droppings a couple months after moving in. Now to the part that has got me fuming - your unprofessional workers are more concerned with harassing customers/lifelong worcester residents than they are with ensuring a unit is properly cleaned before moving in. The guy with the Yankees hat kicked me out of the parking lot while I was taking notes of what I need to take out of my unit. Absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for. Your staff needs retraining, or you should hire new people that actually care about their jobs and the community they serve. I hope this place gets shut down by corporate And the other reviews that state the gate for the drive up units is always open for anyone to enter is true. This place is highly unprofessional and unsafe. The property line fences are also cut open on the climate controlled side from homeless/thieves. Once again, your staff is more worried about harassing hard working residents and paying customers than they are actually taking care of this s***hole!!!
