Very disappointing experience with this storage unit. After only a few months, they increased the rates, which felt misleading after signing up. On top of that, I found rat droppings in my unit and some of my furniture had been chewed up and damaged. I trusted this place to keep my belongings safe and protected, but instead I ended up with damaged property and higher costs. I would not recommend this storage facility based on my experience.

Easy to set up online. Had to stop to customer service when moving in because my email autocorrected to a wrong address. The attendant was very helpful and even showed me where to go. I cleaned out my unit after hours the day before the bill was due. Before I even went online to close the unit they had noticed the unit was emptied and not locked. They closed it out for me and sent a text making it super easy! Would definitely rent here again.
