I searched for a storage facility that met the criteria I was looking for, such as size, price, climate control, clean and well lite hallways, ease of access to the unit, security in both the unit and on the premises, equipment for moving items into the unit and as they say "location, location, location". Coop, Assistant Store Manager, was every so helpful, professional and patient in making me comfortable and familiar with the facility and my storage unit before I left their premises. I feel I made the right decision today in selecting Extra Space Storage on Shrewsbury Street, Worcester, MA.

Their staff has been exceedingly polite, professional and very accommodating. Isai has been invaluable in helping me with my particular needs...Thanks bud. To be honest, this has been by far the easiest and least stressful part of an extremely stressful series of events. For that, I am appreciative and so very grateful.
