The site manager Cheyenne was very good, especially helping me filing a claim and returning my calls for any questions I may have on anything. The storage facility itself can be damp, there is some type of insulation on the ceiling that's falling apart that's landing on everything, The price is constantly going up. For the money that we pay the storage unit itself should have been better.
