Wow what a store manager extra space has. I walked into his office he got up walked up to me put his hand out to shake mine and asked how he could help me. He showed me this beautiful building extra space has. Shaun was proud to show me his building. Shaun took the time to walk me around and made sure I understood what extra space was all about. I didn’t rent yesterday because I need to show my wife the space that was shown to me by Shaun. I’ve been to 3 other storage facilities and I know once my wife sees the building and meets Shaun the manager we will rent here. Extra space you have a winner with your manager and with Brussels street. Thank you Shaun I’m sorry I took up a lot of your time yesterday. But like you said to me yesterday my time is your time. I like that no pressure just honest answer to all my many questions. Shaun took the time to answered each and every question I had. Good old customer service I was impressed.
