Received a call yesterday that my unit was not locked properly and wasn’t secured by Mr. Shaun. It’s reassuring to know that the he is there looking out for us. I’ve rented at many storage companies in my lifetime but Extra Space goes the extra mile. We understand that Extra Space doesn’t just want the rental, they also follow thru on protecting our belongings. Now that’s customer service, that is first rate.
