Shaun has been a huge help getting us set up, and the storage building is close to campus, units look new and clean and secure. Great experience. Download the Extra Space Storage app to use the door code for entry. Update: after the 4-month initial prepaid period, the corporate level doubled the rate on the unit (from $45 to $90/month, well past the $61 listed as regular rate previously), and the contract says they can increase it at any time for any reason with 30 days written notice. The very responsive and helpful local owner/manager has been working to get a better rate, but just be aware this happens and the rate you see will not be for the whole rental period. I would talk to Shaun first rather than booking a unit online or calling the national office when renting a space, to help you get the best setup.

Customer service is great! The guys there are so patient and thorough with all information, ensuring that I have a good understanding of how this facility works. They were able to offer me great suggestions, moving forward in the end, locking and securing a great deal for me to utilize while I transition from selling my home renting and buying If anyone is looking for a storage, I recommend this place and the crew here is phenomenal

I have had the pleasure of working with SHAUN for many years, and I can recommend him without hesitation. Shaun Is dependable, conscientious, hard-working, and genuinely caring. He has worked closely with me on receiving and shipping whenever I have needed assistance, and I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without him. Now in my 80s and dealing with several medical issues, I especially appreciate his patience, kindness, and willingness to help.
