I was so happy with the manager named Shaun. I was sent to Brussels street from a manager who worked at the Mill bury extra space. We walked into the Brussels street location for extra space and the manager knew that we were coming. He helped us down load the website he walked us to our new unit and showed us how to use the keypad system. The manager showed us how to enter the building and where to park our car. Outstanding customer service from him. It’s refreshing to be treated like this. A+ service from Extra Space thankfully there still are companies who care about customers. Brussels manager cares.

Shaun is great to deal with. Facilities are clean. Monthly rental costs could be a little more reasonable (increased with the takeover by Extra Space). Overall a solid storage facility.
