Have been using them for about a year and they have been great. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The have many moving carts available for use. The staff are very helpful. And they were even able to accommodate our moving pod for a weekend. Definitely recommend.

DO. NOT. RENT. HERE. Let me first start out and say this review has nothing to do with management because the staff is VERY helpful, but sadly even the most helpful staff can’t replace priceless things that are stolen. This review is more about the security and safety of the facility. There is none. Full stop. TWENTY ONE units were broken in to in June. 21. 0 stolen items have been recovered. There are no cameras in the hallways, there is nearly zero coverage from elevators, and the stairways all accessible without a code. The ownership is either incompetent or unwilling to invest in meaningful security. We were informed that this had been a recurring issue and that ownership has been notified of these instances and necessity to upgrade security BY THE POLICE, whom informed us it is impossible for them to do anything useful without video footage of the incidents. I’ll repeat: DO. NOT. RENT. HERE. Unless you’re storing things you’ve considered gone already. It is highly likely your unit will be broken into and your items stolen.
