Deborah was incredibly helpful. She made sure to get us the best rate possible for our space and even made sure give us 24 hour access for our first day so that we wouldn’t have to take two days to move. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!!

The whole process from beginning to end was seamless. I was able to call and reserve a storage unit with no money down, so I could get everything in order. When I called back, I was able to switch storage units easily that day. The staff is very polite and prompt. The grounds and storage units are very well kept and clean. Very impressed with how secure the gate and facility was. Overall, would always rent storage with them even if it is out of the way!

I found Extra Space on Old Rawsonville Rd,Belleville MI, staff to be responsive, friendly, and very helpful. The facility grounds were clean, secure, and I felt very safe on site. The only reason I did not give five stars is because the storage unit itself had rust and dirt falling into the unit, soiling several items beyond repair. No water intrusion, miminal mice activity, but rust was a problem. I would use this company again, but would be more verbal about unit upkeep.

From start to finish Deborah and Extra Space Storage helped facilitate my relocation back to my home state. EXTRA attention was given to my needs, Extra patience was offered with my delayed travel plans and indecisive size requirements, and Extra time was given when my arrival needed access beyond the normal gate hours. This place has been super accommodating and made the stress of moving a tad more tolerable. Thanks immensely for the kind offering of all those extras!
