I came to Extra Space Storage in a panic as my indoor storage unit at CubeSmart Ann Arbor was flooded. Jeff was so helpful and the facility was so nice and clean. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. I have an indoor unit and its clean and easy to access.

I called to get some information on a storage unit and was given details about sizes and ongoing specials so I could make the best choice. Jeff was great and very helpful. He helped me to transfer to bigger unit once I realized the one I selected was too small.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. When called about space and described what I was using the space for, they recommended a different size from what I had picked out. I am sure glad they did !!! My items would not have fit in the original size I thought I needed. When I went to sign the contract, everything was very easy and streamlined. I really liked the security features too.
