I’ve booked with extra space storage a few different times and this was by far and away the experience I’ve had because of Krista!!! She was super helpful and helped me with billing information. She was extremely kind and patient as well. All in all she made my extra space storage experience amazing. 5 stars aren’t enough, she deserves 6!!!!!

Your staff is great to work with. The office is nice and inviting and they are very friendly. Krista has been especially helpful on a few occasions. This is a great location and really nice facility overall.

About a month ago, I desperately needed a storage unit as there was an unexpected gap between moving out of my current apartment and into a new apartment later this month. This location is conveniently located just a few minutes away from both apartments and is super easy to access. While I only needed a storage unit for just a couple months, I still got a really good deal that was better than anything the other storage unit companies offered in Ann Arbor. I just went in today to give my move out notice and met Krista, the manager of this location. She was so helpful with an issue that I encountered with billing, and was super nice and personable. I wish I had grabbed the name of the other employee who I spoke with as well, but he was also very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a good storage unit at a decent price with an awesome staff!

Ms. Krista is so amazing she is such a sweetheart and a Godsent!” She held my storage and stopped it from going into collections, while I was starting my new job. As soon as I got my first paycheck from my new employer I was able to pay my balance off. Then when I came in she has always been so kind. She makes every customer too priority, with great customer service! Yes she is such an amazing manager.
