I am disappointed in my experience so far. When I moved into the unit, they were helpful and the price was right. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. It’s something falling off the ceiling. I had to buy sheets to cover items. I hope it’s nothing dangerous, if that is fiberglass it’s going to be a big problem. ESPECIALLY because my unit was $93 in Feb 2026 and i was charged $160 for my unit in June 2026. They said they mailed a letter but I never received a letter. I don’t know why in 2026 that wouldn’t come via email or in the app. I was told ultimately pricing is only for a few months and then they go up to market rate. So it’s a little slight bait and switch ??. I don’t remember that being in explained but whatever. Nearly double the rate I agreed to is predatory. I don’t understand why treat existing customer making payments as agreed this way. I was told they are at a 99 % occupancy, so essentially pay or leave lol they don’t care to retain customers. I wouldn’t recommend moving your belongings here if you are on a budget and considering whatever is falling on people belongings may be toxic and damaging belongings.
