Sonja was awesome! I called mid day about a week ago and she helped me get my storage space for a LOT LESS than i thought i would have to pay. She was very nice, listened, and answered every one of my questions. I think she is a could customer service rep because when she listened it seemed genuine. I told her about becoming homeless recently and not once did she treat me like any less of a person.

I am a tow operator, I was dropping off a car for a client and Daisy was above and amazing with her willingness to help her customer service. She was polite and understanding the whole time. She even gave her customer a cold bottled water to bring to me in the 90 degree heat. Shes a true customer service gem and deserve a raise!!! Its hard to find employees who care so much now days! 10 stars to Daisy. Thank you for being so wonderful.
