A couple of weeks ago I was searching for a storage space and chose this place because it was clean, temp-controlled and easy to get to. Ryan was also very informative and helpful in the selection process. I would definitely recommend this storage place to anyone looking for storage!! Ok that was a couple of weeks ago! Now we fast-forward to today and I am not impressed at all! What changed? THEIR FEES!! This past weekend I received a notice that they were raising the rent by 50%. I went from 149/mo to 220/mo!! That is ridiculous and in all honesty it felt like a scam! How could you jump those rates after 2 months. This resembles those bate and switch scams from the 70's, 80' and 90s. I will never recommend this place to anyone unless they want to support this thievery. Bunch of liars operating a business with no integrity. They get you in with first month free, make you feel good for a couple of months ask you to write a review, then they jack your prices sky high. I'm getting my stuff out ASAP from this God-forsaken storage space.

We are glad to hear Ryan made your selection process easy. Thank you for recommending us, Andres!
