The staff have always been kind and courteous to me whenever I come in the office or have any questions concerning my storage unit, thanks to Kendria the manager. They always have a smile for me. Also, whenever family or friends ask me about my storage situation, I always refer them to the Hosmer Street storage facility because I know the staff will treat them right. Also, I find the prices very reasonable and even lower in cost compared to the area where I am living in West Lansing.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Extra space. I Kendria who oversees the Hosmer Location in Lansing is very attentive and has been accommodating. When I have questions or concerns she addresses them in quick fashion and is professional and shows concern. They found a good one to run this facility.
