I had a storage unit here for a year. It didn’t bother me that the price kept going up, I got a house and could finally move my belongings back. I contacted them and told them my move out date. In the process of actually moving my belongings, I left the unit unlocked (not open. I was told to leave it open when I was cleared out so we made sure we had the door shut) bcuz my friend who was helping me move didn’t have a key. In the time we were dropping a load off the employees opened my unit and took my stuff. After being shocked I came back to nothing I asked where my stuff was and they said they didn’t know. It wasn’t even an hour we were gone. I asked if it was in a dumpster and they said no. Clearly they took the rest of my stuff. They said it was abandoned, however I still had FOUR days left before my move out date was up. And again, I was there that day moving stuff. Very shady workers there and VERY RUDE. When I got the unit a year ago staff was awesome, idk what happened but I would avoid this place at all cost!!!!
