Update 07/20/24 I’ve had some issues with adjustments and rent and not taking their calls because I figure they’re just calling for marketing but Ms. LaShaun, who is the manager there is absolutely amazing. I was very upset. She dealt with my rudeness and helped me if every customer service employee was like her they would never be in need to worry about people being mean. The facility and staff are amazing. I rented the unit in October for $76 per month and 3 months later I received a notice that my rent was doubling. I specifically asked about this when I rented the unit. I know most storage facilities get you in with a low payment to start then raise it every few months. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for this. I thought they were better than the competition in every way until I received the rate increase.
