Kaylab, who is the location property manager did an awesome job assisting me. Right from the start of my call to complain about ANOTHER rent increase (3 in a years timeframe) . He was patient listening to my concerns about the rent going to an unreasonably high amount and that as a retired person, I am on a fixed income and may have to move my belongings out due to the increase. He told me he would call me back after he checked into my account, and kept his word. He called me back after a short period to let me know that my rent would be adjusted down. I feel the rates are still a little too high in comparison to the initial rate a short 5 or so years ago when I first started renting. Thank you Kaylab, ...I give Kaylab a 5+ star rating!!! Al Rehfus

Good quick and easy process getting a storage, especially the free 1st month deal they give you which was what caught my attention just in time during my move to another home, really nice guy. Lock is supplied if needed otherwise return it to get partial refund back, so overall my experience was perfect, no complaints!

Kaleb was very helpful in assisting us. He was talkative and accommodating. The site was very clean and everything was in order. The only thing that this site needs is some numbers for the parking spots. Nothing is currently labeled and it is very confusing.
