**UPDATE TO ORIGINAL REVIEW** I originally rented two units but closed one after about 5 months. That process was seamless. HOWEVER I just closed the second unit after 7 months and the day after I received confirmation that the unit was successfully moved out of, they charged me for an additional month. I inquired about the charge and was told they don't allow refunds after payment has processed. Moral of the story: if they charge you, even if you've moved out and received a confirmation of successfully doing so, they WILL charge you and refuse to refund your money even if they charged you AFTER THE FACT. This company is obviously SHADY. Easy process to sign up. I've never used a storage facility before. I felt comfortable with the process. The facility seems clean and secure. I rented a 10x30 for a great price!

I have been with extra space storage for 7 years met Becca in the office today because it was hot and I was waiting for my taxi to the airport they have been incredible I accidentally damaged the door they were right on it one year been so gracious with me so professional just awesome people I had a problem with the door they were there that day and again the door was my fault I just couldn't be happier with Becca and Extra Space Storage 7 years and running and I'm not going anywhere. Couldn't think of a better place and people. Becca is a tremendous asset of professionalism and courtesy and representation of xtra space storage! Thank you so much!
