I was so pleased with my initial inquiry to this space. Flo (please forgive if i have misspelled) was very knowledgable about the space, the process, and the details I needed to make a decision. Going in, I wasn’t sure how I felt about using a storage space for my every day household treasures but Flo made me feel so comfortable with the security and environment. The space is well laid out and very easy to use and much more affordable than other nearby spaces. 10/10.

This is my 4th different Extra Space storage unit in 3 different cities around the country… sometimes short term, sometimes longer. Every location manager I've dealt with has been super helpful and really seem to like their jobs which tells me its a well managed business. Always my first call when I need a space.

I only needed the space for a couple of months, but overall good experience. Move-in day I went during business hours and no one was there, so I called the office and the location’s staff member was a no-show. Had to wait a couple of hours, but that was the only issue I had and I don’t fault Extra Space Storage for that as stuff happens. Move-out was easy and the staff member present was kind and helpful with my questions. The location was newer, so facility was nice and clean and seems secure. Would use again for future storage needs.

We were helped by Flo and they were soooo helpful, patient, and informational. Can’t recommend the experience enough. We had gotten the wrong lock and they were super helpful and recommended the right one and made sure we were all set and ready to go.
