I was extremely pleased with the experience that I at the Extra Space Storage - 345 Industrial Blvd, Minneapolis location. My daughter was between apartments and I needed a place to store her stuff. We checked with the manager Stephen prior to booking a unit (back in June). He provided a tour of a couple different size units & gave us a few pricing options to consider. As we got closer to August when I actually needed the unit, I was able to take care of everything over the phone. There were no surprises and everything was handled as we discussed. Both the move-in and move-out were good. Even thought it was fairly busy during during the move-out, access & parking were still readily available. The facility is very clean & very secure. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from this location in the future.

This was my second summer renting a unit for my college student. This location is 6 minutes from Dinkytown. The facility is super clean, well stocked with carts, and so easy to get in and out of. Love that there is an elevator.
