From start to finish the customer service has been wonderful as well as the customer service. Steve the manager of the Extra Space on Industrial Blvd. was so helpful and patient in walking us through what units to secure, payment, how to download the app and showing us where the units were located. So far so good!

Steven has been very helpful through this process! I rented a large unit while moving, and then got laid off from my job and had to downsize to a smaller unit suddenly. He was able to refund my payment and get me started with the new unit right away!

What a great experience. I barely finished leasing my space online when Steve called to confirm everything and answer some questions I had. The facility is nice, easy secure in and out with keypad or app. I have at least six storage facilities within 10 minutes of where I’m moving. I picked Extra Space because of great space for good price, location (not hard to get to but off busy congested traffic areas), and the reviews. Which is why I’m writing this one. Because what I read from the 5 star reviews has been my experience too. Highly recommend if you need extra space! High props to Steve again for being a great steward of the facility. Always available, knowledgeable and funny! I moved my unit three times over the three years I was there and he always helped me find the best fit and cost for my stuff.
