Steven was absolutely wonderful to work with! His customer service was impeccable. He took the time to make sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process, patiently answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond. DO NOT STORE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If I could leave negative stars I would. I’ve rented a space here for a year. The first six months were fine, although sometimes the lights don’t turn on (motion activated but I’m very short so even waving my arms sometimes doesn’t work). And one time my foot did get caught in the elevator doors, I had to aggressively yank it free (yes it hurt). After six months, the unit went from $75 to $95, and then the month after that it jumped to $150. Absolutely absurd. I’ve had a bit of trouble paying regularly, so I’ve been out the $30 late fee several times. This last time, my payment seemed to process immediately, and yet when I went to the facility after work, (around 8pm) it would not let me in. And of course, their customer service is unavailable at 8pm. I am so fed up! Store your things literally anywhere else.
