Had a great experience renting a storage unit here! I completed most of the application online and stopped by during my lunch break to ask a few questions. Steven was incredibly helpful and took the time to give me a quick tour and explain how everything works. He made the process simple and easy to understand. What I really appreciated was that he made sure I was comfortable with my unit choice and ready to move in. He also let me know that if I ended up needing a different size unit, switching would be an option, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, which was perfect since I was on a tight schedule during lunch. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and a smooth rental process. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.
