I accidentally ordered a 10x20 garage which ended up being a spot outside. They were very helpful in letting me get a refund and then Leasing another 10x20 garage in another location. The manager lady from that location was very pleasant to work with and save me big time. I had a full U-Haul truck with furniture and it was getting later in the afternoon on saturday. If I remember right this was also her day off and she went out of her way.

We rented a unit at this location and are satisfied with how everything went. Our trip to Rochester took longer than expected and we did not make it in time to receive the unit and its lock. We needed to unload the truck outside of their business hours in order to be ready for work the next day, but Jessica and Miki went above and beyond to make that possible for us! Thank you both for your understanding and flexibility. I was very impressed by your commitment :). Also, customer support was very helpful and fast to respond. Highly recommended.
