I had a great experience working with Steven at the Burnsville location. I needed a storage unit at the last minute while I was out of the country, and Steven made the entire process incredibly easy. Within about five minutes, everything was handled. The contract was signed, payment completed, and access code provided. Our driver was able to swing by and drop everything off without any issues. Excellent customer service, fast communication, and very professional. I really appreciated how smooth Steven made the entire process. Highly recommend.

Had a carefree experience storing here, Steven is always at the desk ready to help and the place is clean. No water leaks, no hobos and I can usually even find myself a cart! They don't lock you out of the bathroom and yeah. Way to go !
