Staff is very friendly much better than Acorn mini storage, which was here before at this location but prices are going way up. They are, however, making it a much cleaner and nicer place. It wasn’t that great before and the last woman who worked for Acorn took her job a little too serious. She had a personality that needed some maintenance. I guess the night prior when I was leaving there was a small hole in my plastic bag which had dry cat food in it. She was like a rabid dog, salivating ,wf me to come back so she could punish and reprimand me in front of other customers. I had to get a brooms clean it up until it was spotless. I had no problem cleaning it up. It was my mess that I didn’t know I had made. My issue was with her behavior. While I was sweeping up the very very small amount of food, she went back Down to the office and printed out like an eight page contract with rules for acorn storage and the rules that applied to this incident were highlighted. But I really want to know is how the heck she got all the way down to the other end of the hallway down three floors on the elevator walked to the office, pulled that information up on the computer printed all eight pages out found the part that related to this and highlighted it and then went all the way back upstairs again in a matter of about two minutes literally the papers were even stapled with a large staple she then had to red highlighted portion to me out loud and would continue to look up at me to make sure I was paying close attention. She ended up writing me up for this I would have moved to another facility if they didn’t change ownership. So glad to have extra space take over and finally have people working for them who treat their customers like human beings I can now come at any time of the day between 6 AM and 9 PM whereas before I would try to avoid the office hours to avoid that woman.
