It was hard to get to this facility from the highway. One directional roads. Rates increased constantly on my 10x20 unit. They did not prorate my cost for the month I moved out. So I paid full price for little over a week. Not very friendly staffing. I would never use this storage company again.

I'll start by saying the staff is very friendly and very nice to work with. I picked this place for their good pricing and quick move in. 3 months in, I get a letter from them saying they will be increasing my monthly rent from $114 to $181! Their reasoning was "to match market value". I call BS on that because I called every other storage place around town and they were all around the same price for the same size unit as what I was currently paying, within a few dollars. The store manager was very nice about the whole ordeal and offered to drop the price back down, but still would have been $20 more than what I originally signed up for. I ended up moving to a new storage facility for $8 less that what I was originally paying, and for a larger unit.
