Charmell and the rest of the employees were always polite and helped me with everything I needed. I downsized to a smaller unit at one point then moved to another location and they made everything very easy.

I would have gave them 5 star but however after moving my stuff about a week ago I notice mice/rats ate up and chewed through all my medical books ! It’s was so much rat feces all over my belongings the mice got urine all over my belongings. I end up throwing a lot of my stuff away because it was covered in rat feces and I have allergies. However, the staff was excellent!

I've had my stuff here just over two months now. I've never had a problem the unit place is well kept and my things are secure.The office manager Shawn is great and always very professional when I go to make payments. I'm glad I picked Extra Storage Space to keep my belongings. ??
