From my first phone call to set up my storage everyone was so polite the price that they quoted me it's definitely what they said and within those six to eight months I think it only went off a two dollars. As I was moving out I had such good help with the sisters from the staff. The people and staff were great I'm good very helpful. I will always use extra space storage.

I have a storage unit in KC at Extra Space Storage in Grandview Mo & I’m in California & needed access to the unit. Dave, the local Supervisor went out of his way to assist having a friend gain access for me so we could assess what was in the unit. Because I’m a native KC guy I was familiar with the Extra Storage Unit highly credible reputation for making certain your storage items were taken care of kept completely secure.
