Mrs. Patti is awesome! By far the most friendly service I've gotten anywhere. Incredibly nice and helpful. I lost the key to my lock in the move and she immediately had solutions for me and helped me get it all setup. I would definitely recommend this place as my items in storage are safe and look exactly like the did when I put them in there. Plus working with Patti is a pleasure.

In March 2024, we went to go check out the storage facility and Patty was the MOST HELPFUL and KIND person EVER. If I owned a company, I would be honored to have her working for my business. The office is nice neat and organized. Oh, the price is the best around and the unit is great. No leaks. No problems. No complaints at all. Now, it is almost January 2024 and we no longer need the storage unit. I spoke to Dave about what we needed to do. He is just as awesome as Patty. He made the process easy. He was incredibly helpful. If we need a storage facility again, it will definitely be ExtraSpace Storage.
