The storage facility continues to be very clean and professionally run after the merger with Extra Space. This is the cleanest best managed storage facility I have utilized. The on site management is great to work with and addresses any issues that may come up quickly. For continued improvement it would be great if cell signal boosters could be installed to enable cell phone usage while in the storage units.

They get you in, then raise prices before you can turn around. I have to stay because of the climate control and no place to store things I want to keep or sell.

Brian the store manager was friendly and very helpful when I called with a problem. He took care of everything I needed without any issues. When I first rented the my unit, I had to make a change to a bigger unit and Brian was great and helped me switch to a bigger unit near the original unit. I will definitely continue to use the facility and recommend it to anyone in the High Ridge area needing a storage unit.
