We checked in today to finalize the rental of our new storage unit. Because we were met by Trevor in the office, the move in was absolutely seamless. Trevor was considerate, personable, and professional. He showed us where our unit was located, the best way to get there, and the best gate to enter the premises with our car to insure the greatest convenience. Travis was excellent in all respects. Due to him, we are very happy with our choice of storage facilities in Kansas City.

Very clean and convenient facility. Am scoping out units, came here and their attendant, Arthur, was incredibly professional. He was very knowledgeable and showed me around to see the various sizes in person. Answered all my questions and explained all the amenities. Will definitely be coming back just on his work ethic alone!
